These general terms and conditions govern the distance sale of apparel products (t-shirts, caps, hoodies) through the Mandostan website, aimed at consumers residing in the European Union.

Prices shown on the site are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs, if not included in the price, are clearly indicated before the purchase is completed. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price applied will be the one in effect at the time of the order.

Payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified payment service provider. We accept major credit and debit cards. Card details are never stored on our servers.

We ship to countries within the European Union. Estimated delivery times are communicated at checkout or by email after order confirmation. Delays attributable to the courier are not the direct responsibility of the seller, who will nonetheless provide assistance in case of shipping issues.

Under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and EU distance-contract regulations, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without needing to provide any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us by email at giancarlo.folonari@gmail.com before the deadline expires, indicating the order and the products to be returned.

The product must be returned intact, unused, and with its original labels, within 14 days of the withdrawal notice. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise indicated.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or made-to-order products, if such products are offered for sale.

All products are covered by the 24-month legal warranty of conformity required by the Italian Consumer Code for goods with defects already present at the time of delivery.

These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers residing in the EU, the option remains to use the European Commission's ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or the court of the consumer's place of residence, where mandated as non-waivable by applicable law.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions. Changes will be published on this page along with the date of the last update and will apply to orders placed after publication.
